I’ve been practicing sitting against the wall in a burmese style posture. At first I was only able to sit in that position for a few minutes out of the twenty minute session. Today was the first day I was able to sit in that style for the full session. I’m using a folded up small blanket to sit so I can get my legs flat on the ground.
Which style of sitting are you using / how are you transitioning into getting comfortable in that position?
