I think you unlocked a new feature! I’m on the same version and as you can see do not have that option. They must be doing a staged roll-out and/or beta-test of ‘Enable transparent UI’.

How does the UI interact with your desktop when enabled? Is it dockable on the perimeter of your desktop, and does it minimize/maximize to show above other windows?
